Where is my digital download?
There are two ways to access your digital file!
1. After checkout, you’ll see a direct download link right on the checkout page where you can download the purchased file.
2. You’ll also receive an email a few minutes after checkout with a link to download the files! Don’t see the email? Be sure to check your promotions or spam folders. Still don’t see the email? Send a message to katie@katiesinclairart.com and I’ll confirm the email address with your order and resend the email link.
Where should I get my digital art file printed?
You can get your art file printed at any local print shop, online print shop, or an office supply store.
Shutterfly, Staples, Mpix, Giclee Today are all printers that I’ve used and recommend.
For an easy all-in-one print and frame company, I recommend Framebridge.
Do I need an account to see my digital files?
No need for an account to store your digital files! Please download your digital file to your device via the link provided after checkout or via the emailed link.
Can I use the file for printing on products?
No. All digital files are intended for personal use only. For commercial use (using the digital file for commercial purposes such as marketing, promotion, distribution, or profit), please send me a message and I’d be happy to help!
What sizes can I print?
Reference the product listing for recommended print sizes. If you’d like to print at a size not listed in the recommended print sizes, you can! However, please note that a portion of the image will be cropped depending on your desired print size.
You can print up to the largest dimension shown without losing image quality (it won’t look “blurry” or “pixelated”). If you want to print larger, I can’t guarantee a crisp clean print.
Orders, Returns, & Exchanges
Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
Please request a change or cancellation within 2 hours of purchase for physical prints. I do my best to fulfill orders quickly! Once an order is processed, I cannot cancel or change the order.
Due to the nature of digital files, instant digital downloads are not eligible for refunds.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I do not accept returns or exchanges but please contact me if you have any problems with your order!
When will I receive my physical print order?
Each print is made-to-order by me. Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be carefully printed and packaged. Once your physical print order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking information to follow your print’s journey. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 days of shipment. Please allow extra time during the busy holiday season.
While I wish I could hand-deliver your order myself, I have to rely on the good folks at UPS and USPS to deliver your order. Katie Sinclair Art is not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or undeliverable packages once the package leaves the studio.
Please note that “in transit, arriving late” statuses are normal, especially during the holiday season!
When will I receive my digital print file order?
Instantly! There is no turnaround time for a digital file. See the Digital File FAQ section for additional information.

What frames do you recommend?
I love frames from Target, Ikea, West Elm, and Room & Board!
What is a “fine art print” and how is it different from printing at home?
A fine art print, also known as a giclee print, is made on archival quality paper with premium pigment quality inks. If properly cared for, these prints can last a lifetime! Fine art printers are able to capture the sharp detail and full-color spectrum of an original painting.
I often find that at-home or typical office printers don’t quite capture the colors of the original painting. Additionally, home printers often can’t print on premium papers that make prints look just like the original.
